Ok, so the cookies were amazing. The kids didn't love them but I was in heaven.
They turned out just like they were supposed to, crunchy on the outside, hollow on the inside. I added a few tbsp. of cocoa powder which made them look a bit more like rocks.
Unfortunately I didn't get a picture because they were gone SO quick!
