Mmmmm Garlic!

Had some garlic to use up...


 Wrapped it in some foil with a drizzle of olive oil.  Baked for about an hour at 350 degrees.



Mash it up and add it to a jar of mayo...



Mmmmmm, Garlic Mayo!

  1. This idea is mouth watering...I LOVE garlic! How long does this stay good after adding the garlic?? Does it lessen the shelf life or no?

  2. I haven't had any trouble with it going bad... around here it doesn't last long though!!
